There is no such thing as just ‘going to London.’ I learned that only a couple of months ago on my first trip to the city, an extended layover on the way to India. There is so much to do, so much to see, so many things to eat – with only 2 and a half days to explore, we had to make some tough decisions!

I’m not just speaking from the point of view of an organizer- a few years ago, one of my oldest friends came with me on my Amalfi Coast trip. It bonded us even closer together and gave us memories that will last forever.

How wonderful it is to share all of this during our culinary trips, whether it is to Tuscany, Amalfi Coast, Puglia, Malaga or Delhi.
