About Chef Katherine
As a freelance chef, Katherine splits her time between France and England. Originally from England, she regularly collaborates with London’s infamous Borough Market as a regular demo chef in the Borough Kitchen, writes for BBC Good Food Magazine, and provides exclusive recipes for worldwide publications in print and online. She is currently working on her second cookbook.
