It seems like I just returned home from my Spring whirlwind tours with my guests in Italy and Spain and here we go again…preparing for the Fall season!
One of the greatest pleasures I get from organizing these wonderful trips is the people I meet along the way. Each group is truly special and when I say this was one of the best group ever, I mean it:-)!
On one of my weeks in May on the Amalfi Coast Culinary Tour, I had the pleasure to meet Monica Matheny and her sister, Nelda. Monica just happens to write a very popular blog called The Yummy Life with lots of yummy recipes…check it out!
